For me, this is personal.

Daily Devotion and The Rally were born from my own reckoning with what success was costing me. Ex-lawyer. Three-time founder. Top 1% podcaster. Integrative Health Practitioner. I’ve launched over 50+ wellness brands globally. And for 15 years, while my career kept growing, I was battling an autoimmune disorder no doctor could explain - sitting at a desk, in pain, pushing through on borrowed fuel.

What finally shifted wasn't slowing down. It wasn't meditating. It wasn't calming my stress. It wasn’t spending $20,000+ on biohacking and wellness therapies that did nothing.


It was movement. Moving toxic stress chemistry through my body. Restoring my cellular voltage. Bringing my energy back through breath, pace, and music.
